Are there any changes to check in or check out?

Our check in/check out time remains the same, however we will try our best to accommodate early check in requests to reduce wait times and accommodate travel schedules.

Sanitising stations will be provided at the main entrance.

Reception Desk counters will all have a sneeze guard screen in the location where Guests are checking in.

Each guest will receive a Welcome letter, which will contain key safety information and an outline of the facilities available, including what Covid-19 protocols are in place.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Face masks are no longer mandatory in Ireland from the 28th February 2022, however, we have advised all our staff that they may continue to wear a mask if that is their preference. We would therefore advise the same to all our Guests and shall leave you decide whether you choose to wear a mask. We have removed all Covid-19 guidance signage but we will continue to provide hand sanitisers in all key locations.

Are there any changes to my room?

Government and WHO guidelines for cleaning and sanitising guest rooms will be adhered to. Frequently touched areas will be thoroughly disinfected regularly during your stay. (i.e. telephones, remote controls, safes, switches, handles, taps etc)

What additional cleaning protocols are being introduced?

Industry leading cleaning and sanitising protocols are used to clean guest facilities, with particular attention paid to high-touch items including television remote controls, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, taps, nightstands, telephones, in-room control panels, light switches, temperature control panels, alarm clocks, luggage racks and flooring.

Q: Do you have EV Car Charging Facilities? 

 Yes, Tallaght Cross Hotel have installed 3 EV charging points for our guests. Conveniently located in in our underground car park for Hotel Resident’s use.

Each charger has dual sockets and a ‘How to use’ guide is visible to assist with activating the charge.

We can accommodate Buses & Oversized Vehicles at our sister property, The Plaza Hotel, located just a few minutes from Tallaght Cross Hotel or at The Square Shopping Centre Coach Parking

Yes, a Late Check-Out is available upon request at a nominal cost ( subject to availability)

Q: Can I arrange for amenities or gifts to be placed in the room? What do you offer?

Yes, Flowers, Bottle of Wine/Prosecco, Dessert Plate can be arranged at your request. Please contact our Reservations Team for more Information

Q: What type of room should I book for three adults?

The Hotel has a number of Triple Bedrooms (Double & Single Beds)

Q: Are cots for children available?

Yes, we can provide cots upon request

Q: Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms? 

Yes, the Hotel offers a numbers of Rooms that are Wheelchair Accessible  

Q: Does the hotel provide international adaptors?

Yes, each Hotel Room is equipped with an Europen socket and international adaptors may be requested from Hotel Reception

Q: Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?

Yes, Each Hotel Room is equipped with a Hairdryer

Yes, Each Hotel Room is equipped with Tea & Coffee making facilities

Q. What fitness facilities do you have at the hotel?

None, however the hotel recommends Fly Fit Gym, which is located adjacent to the hotel, and offers a daily rate.
