Dublin Zoo is also a registered charity and involved in conservation programmes and partners with zoos from all over the world to help to save endangered species from becoming extinct.

The zoo is open daily from 9:30am all year round, with exception of Christmas Day and St. Stephen’s Day. The last admission to the zoo is one hour before closing time.
